Job Title: Websites Content Coordinator

About the Role:

TC Media Books is seeking a skilled Websites Content Coordinator to join its Technology Development and Production division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising web development projects, ensuring they meet specifications and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate web development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Respond to website users' questions and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development agency to ensure websites are up-to-date, functional, and bug-free.
  • Work with marketing, design, development, and other departments to ensure websites meet business needs.
  • Integrate multimedia content (images, text, videos) on TC Media Books' various web platforms, including Adobe Commerce.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of Adobe Commerce (Magento).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Ability to solve technical problems and good communication skills.
  • Autonomy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
