Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Waseem Khan Personal Real Estate Corporation. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and surface finishing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various locations.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Physical demands include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
