What You'll Be DoingAs a Financial Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
- Providing expert advice on investment and savings options, helping customers make informed decisions about their financial futures
- Nurturing long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, driving business growth and delivering a positive customer experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
- The ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, aligned to customer goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike
- A mutual funds license and a commitment to ongoing professional development, including the CIFP Diploma
