As a key member of our retail store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding Gas Bar Attendants to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience at our gas bar.
- Support and guide Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer satisfaction and sales, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Assume Shift Lead responsibilities in the absence of the Site Manager, maintaining operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and development, fostering growth and opportunities for Team Members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Gas Bar operations or a related retail environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship systems (CRS) and a willingness to develop and learn.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
