Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Shell Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing price and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including implementing price and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Green job with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
