Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Municipal Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale municipal projects, including site development, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring the quality and technical accuracy of drawings, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate multiple design and construction projects, including scheduling, reporting, and uploading project deliverables.
  • Manage project financial tracking and record keeping, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit purchase order requests, work plans, invoices, and sub-consultant purchase orders.
  • Implement and maintain established document processing control systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading large municipal projects, including site development, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and/or watermain construction.
  • P.Eng required. PMP certification is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated design and coordination experience.
  • CAD knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) required.
