About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at PETITE MAISON MONTESSORI. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and care of our children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing child-care programs that support the overall development of children.
  • Supervise and engage children in activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and cooking duties, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for the children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children, and contribute to the development of strategies to support their needs.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Punctuality, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for children
