About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at PETITE MAISON MONTESSORI. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and care of our children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing child-care programs that support the overall development of children.
  • Supervise and engage children in activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Assist with household duties and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Punctuality, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers
  • Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with a focus on providing high-quality care and education to our children
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
