Role Overview: The Philanthropy Program Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Philanthropy team, with a focus on cultivating corporate and community partnerships, as well as major and transformational contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the efficient daily administrative operations of corporate philanthropy and community partnership initiatives.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including scheduling meetings with donors and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records, including actions taken, call reports, and donor information.
  • Organize and manage donor deliverables effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications and support donor meetings.
  • Provide assistance with online fundraising activities and respond to donor inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma in fundraising, business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or with health-related charitable organizations is an advantage.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Robust analytical skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with donor/client databases is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting online research.

Work Environment:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between various locations.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is beneficial.
