Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Personal Banking and Small Business team, you will use your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you will provide frontline support to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work during business hours, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work at various bank locations within a reasonable distance.

How to Succeed

  • Client Mobilization - Help clients manage their accounts and products. Prioritize each client's experience and ensure every interaction is meaningful. Connect clients with the right CIBC team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Problem Resolution - Listen to the client, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes. Take ownership of client issues and know when to collaborate with others to develop a better solution.
  • Technology Expertise - Become a specialist in our technologies. Share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs.
