Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively, providing excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for professional growth.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage payment processes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging displays for various events.
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for the team.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and team dynamics.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of the sales team.
  • Manage payroll and employee performance evaluations.
  • Supervise both office staff and volunteers.
  • Contribute to the design of promotional settings and environments.
