Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work schedule will be 35 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
