WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

LOCATION: Sault Ste. Marie

DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management

Oversees the processes related to incoming and outgoing products while ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate receipt and storage of products.
  • Manage the incoming product workflow in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of shipments.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead shift operations.
  • Safeguard facilities, equipment, and resources.
  • Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of HSE objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

  • Familiarity with heavy machinery and/or warehouse operations.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
