Assistant Store Manager - ACT

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks and paperwork.
  • Help maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
  • Assist with cash-handling, bookkeeping, and problem-solving.
  • Communicate plans and ideas effectively and think quickly to offer sales suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Cash-handling and bookkeeping skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a motivation to advance in your career.
