Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water heaters, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Valid certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
  • Valid Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
  • Valid ODP certificate.
  • Valid Class G Driver's License.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts as required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
