Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Shree Mahakali Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
- Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient service.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and working under pressure.
