Job Summary

Testing Four Company is seeking a skilled Pricing and Estimation Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for interpreting parts and pricing data to support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Document Analysis: Read and understand technical documents, drawings, and metallurgy configurations to provide accurate estimates and quotations.
  • Estimate Preparation: Prepare material and labor estimates to support aftermarket quotation proposals.
  • Proposal Documentation: Clearly document all proposals to ensure smooth execution at the order fulfillment stage.
  • Interfacing with Stakeholders: Interface with internal and external sales forces, distributors, engineering teams, and localized support teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Workload Management: Manage a high workload with varying complexities to support a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience within a manufacturing environment (3-5 years).
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Software, Oracle, and SAP, with the ability to perform complex operations in Excel.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and engineering skills set.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Pumps and Pumping Systems: Experience with pumps and/or pumping systems is a plus.
  • Lean Principles: Understanding of 6S lean principles.
  • Foreign Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Italian is beneficial.
