The technician will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for our IT infrastructure, aiming to maintain optimal availability, integrity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for IT troubleshooting, which includes laptop repairs, mobile device support, conference room setups, and diagnostics for hardware and networking equipment.
  • Provide support for all IT systems across various departments, including hardware such as Dell and Lenovo workstations, as well as iOS and Android devices.
  • Manage LAN systems, including Cisco and HP switches, wireless access points, and cabling infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to ensure workstation support for manufacturing operations.

  • Install and configure new software and hardware, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Perform maintenance on existing systems, including updates, driver installations, and necessary repairs.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Experience with VOIP and collaboration tools
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar certifications preferred
  • Experience with WAN technologies is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

Education and Experience:
  • Relevant IT certifications or a degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in information technology, including help desk and technical support roles
Work Environment: Combination of manufacturing and office settings.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift, and move up to 50 lbs.
