Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. O/A CIRCLE K. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Lead Sales Team: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 42 hours per week.
