Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials
  • Process shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize warehouse space and improve inventory management processes
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless inventory management and logistics operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or logistics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Working Conditions

  • Shift work, including day, night, and weekend shifts
