About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at BBA, Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and mitigated.
  • Ensure compliance with BBA's quality management system and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with project stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Twenty years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in the consulting engineering industry.
  • Experience managing medium to large EPCM and EPC projects in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and project control, procurement, and construction management teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
