About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender Manager to join our team at Hob Fine Foods inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
    • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide expert advice on wine selection and make recommendations on drink pairings.
    • Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Financial Management
    • Collect cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment for beverages.
    • Record and balance beverage sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Security and Safety
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
    • Ensure a safe and secure work environment for staff and patrons.
