Job Title: Bartender Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bartender Manager to join our team at Hob Fine Foods inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
  • Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink choices.
  • Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train staff on beverage preparation and service techniques.
  • Collect payment for beverages and record sales.
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock and products.
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
  • Take beverage orders from servers or directly from customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a catering firm or restaurant environment.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, organization, and reliability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
