We are seeking a skilled Gameplay Animator to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group. As a Gameplay Animator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing animation systems for our games.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and maintain gameplay animation systems.
  • Work with our animation systems in Unreal Engine 5 to support animators in achieving animation quality goals while ensuring gameplay responsiveness and behavioral goals are met.
  • Design and implement animation state machines, behaviors, and runtime solutions following best practices.
  • Solve ingame animation implementation issues and provide technical support to the animation team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the animation pipeline and propose solutions for technical animation efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AAA video game development with real-time animation systems.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, ideally creating animation blueprints.
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and excellent communicator.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
