At True Mechanical, we're committed to delivering exceptional mechanical contracting services to our clients in Western Canada. As a Mechanical Foreperson, you'll play a key role in leading our team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of plumbers and gasfitters to complete mechanical installations and repairs
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry
  • Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy
