Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Health Care Coordinator to join our team in Bathurst, New Brunswick. This part-time temporary position (10 months) offers a competitive salary range of $35,151 - $43,930 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the service center supervisor to manage daily operations within the HELP program and participate in medical equipment sanitation.
- Maintain accurate records of loans and returns, compile statistical data, and adhere to established HELP program procedures and policies.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy of information, financial transactions, and timely public communication.
- Provide support for other Red Cross initiatives as needed, promoting teamwork in serving vulnerable community members.
Qualifications
- Possess a post-secondary education or a health-related diploma with 1-3 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities effectively in a demanding customer service environment.
- Exhibit strong decision-making skills, organizational abilities, and fluency in both French and English. Proficiency in computer applications and administrative tasks is essential.
- Previous experience working with volunteers or seniors is an asset. The ability to lift moderate to heavy loads is required.
