Restaurant Manager Job Description

SASKATCHEWAN LTD is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily activities, determining service offerings, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Determine Service Offerings: Collaborate with our culinary team to determine menu offerings, pricing, and promotions that meet customer demands and drive business growth.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and implement efficient ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a positive reputation for our establishment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
