Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Fresh Mexican Grill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and exceptional service.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date records to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.

- Cross-Cultural Training: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
