About Us: Canna Cabana is a leading cannabis retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cannabis Retail Store Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. As a Cannabis Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations related to cannabis sales.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and ready for customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6+ years of management experience in retail, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Cannabis Retail Store Manager license, AGCO CannSell license, and a clean police record check.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
