Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory, sales, and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including security, reporting, and cash management.
  • Assist in building a weekly staff schedule that complies with labor policies.
  • Be accessible and responsive to team members' questions, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Achieve high scores on sales and customer service measures, including monthly store revenue and gross margin goals.

Requirements:

  • 5-6+ years of management experience in retail.
  • AGCO CannSell license required.
  • Sound knowledge of cannabis plants and different strains of cannabis.
  • Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to retail cannabis.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
