We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team at Legate Injury Lawyers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury and medical negligence cases, from initial client consultations to trial and beyond.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor vehicle accident litigation, statutory accident benefits, and medical negligence litigation, with a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

You will work closely with our experienced team of lawyers and clerks to develop and implement effective case strategies, and will be responsible for managing files through to trial.
