About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Finlinkgroup. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer pricing and profitability, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: Initiate root cause analysis, identify data trends and outliers, and effectively communicate findings to senior management.
  3. Financial Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on operational performance to support business partners, and present divisional and segment results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
  4. Project Management and Coordination: Manage a schedule of recurring deliverables and assist in time-sensitive projects under the guidance of the Director of FP&A.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required; CPA/MBA preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and data manipulation from SAP. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels. Proven problem-solving abilities, able to work independently and in team settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, maintaining high accuracy.
