As a Customer Service & Claims Resolution Agent at our Distribution Center, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding support to our operations and retail locations. This role encompasses providing excellent customer service, efficiently managing claims, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering prompt customer service to retail locations and dealers
- Overseeing return processes and addressing product data discrepancies
- Collaborating with suppliers for warehouse inquiries
- Maintaining quality assurance and resolving shipping and receiving challenges
- Assisting with various administrative duties and generating purchase requisitions
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
