Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Gong Cha Bubble Tea. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom and serving areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
