Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead, Information Systems and Knowledge Management to join our team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's knowledge management strategy, providing consulting and technical services, and supervising a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the organization's knowledge management strategy
  • Provide consulting and technical services to support the exchange and access to information
  • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of staff
  • Develop and maintain systems and reports to compile information from various sources
  • Work with external vendors to develop software applications to support HR processes and knowledge needs
  • Conduct system and work analysis, determine application code specifications, and test the performance of systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, or Accounting
  • Three to five years of recent, related experience in Human Resources or Corporate Finance Accounting
  • Demonstrated experience with application of human resource/finance programs/objectives
  • Demonstrated proficiency with desktop software applications such as Intranet technology, software applications such as Access, Excel, database reporting such as Crystal Reports
  • Meditech experience including NPR Report Writing is an asset
