About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 14045858 Canada Inc. as a key member of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including managing cash and conducting performance reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
