Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a commercial vehicle as part of a two-person team or convoy, loading and unloading goods, and overseeing the condition of the vehicle. The ideal candidate will have a valid AZ class license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a commercial vehicle as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Load and unload goods
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border
