Courier Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of packages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Delivery Plans: Create and prioritize delivery schedules to meet customer demands and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead and Train a Team: Supervise and train a team of delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Continuously monitor delivery operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
