Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Temagami Gas Station and Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in our menu offerings.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
