Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reception area operations

  • Ensure accurate data entry and financial reconciliation
  • Process forms for insurance claims
  • Manage petty cash and expenses

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
  • Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manners
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
