Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily tasks. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to management
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Manage knowledge and ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Quick Books, and Google Drive
Work Environment

The Operations Manager will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
