We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at Empire Logistics & Transport Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and a proven track record of success in managing finances, arranging shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the company's transportation budget and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Shipping and Logistics
    • Arrange for shipping documentation and track the movement of goods in transit.
    • Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all transportation operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
    • Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the work of transportation staff.
  • Reporting and Analysis

Requirements
  • Education
