Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Desi Club Indian Street Food Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure that they are presented to the highest standards.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi being an asset.
