Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Aliments Kitchen Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise them to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, judgement, and reliability.
The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed. The work environment is physically demanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
