Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at MaxPeople HR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's performance management process and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Company's performance management process to ensure continuous performance improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Assist with the administration of the Company's HR policies and programs, including benefits and salary administration.
  • Provide flexible and adaptable support to the HR team, with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • CHRP/CHRL designation is a definite asset.
  • Proven working HR experience with a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive levels of responsibility.
  • A minimum of two years of HR management experience preferred.
