Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at 2585398 ALBERTA CORPORATION. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Cleaning Operations: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that costs are minimized and that the team has the resources they need to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and operations are aligned with their needs and requirements.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
