Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at 2585398 ALBERTA CORPORATION. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records for cleaning operations.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and efficient use of resources.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to help them perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Language: Fluency in English.
