Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Sukhdev Restaurant Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, and walking.
Work Environment:

Sukhdev Restaurant Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team excellence. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a restaurant setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
