Retail Store Manager

Pioneer Portdover is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, manage cash handling, and oversee payroll administration.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
