About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at RJ KURALI DRYWALL LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead a Team

Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient and high-quality drywall installation.

Install Drywall Sheets

Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Apply and Finish Coats

Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster, and finish corners and angles to create a seamless finish.

Maintain a Safe Work Environment

Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing steel-toed safety boots.

Meet Deadlines and Manage Workload

Manage a large workload and meet tight deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and willingness to train.

Physical Demands

Physically demanding role requiring hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Language and Communication

Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a commercial and residential setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality drywall installation services to our clients.
